1.  Baked Chips and Salsa

Baked potato chips one ounce with all natural salsa is low fat, has potassium and lots of Vitamin C in the tomatoes.

2.  Sugar Free Hot Cocoa

One cup fat free milk with a package of sugar free dark chocolate cocoa mix is packed with antioxidants and calcium!

4.  Whole Wheat Crackers with Hummus and Tomatoes

7.  Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt with Fruit

Probiotics are great for your weight and will keep your tummy and digestive tract healthy and lots of calcium are found in the yogurt.  Vitamin C from organic berries is a perfect topper.

8.  All Natural Peanut Butter and Jelly on Whole Wheat English Muffin
