Energy Smoothy with Fruit

This smoothie is a great way to start the day or is perfect for a mid afternoon pick me up snack!  Loaded with some healthy energizing carbs, protein, Vitamin B and some Iron to keep your blood oxygen levels high, you will have lots of healthy energy to get through your day!

Blend the following ingredients:

2 Tbsp peanut butter/almond butter

2 Tbsp wheat germ

1 Tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp honey or agave

3/4 cup low fat Green plain Yogurt

2 frozen bananas (peeled and chopped)

2 scoops chocolate/vanilla hemp protein powder


2 cups ice
